To address your concerns, we want to clarify that while we set clear expectations and provide support, micromanagement is not a practice we follow. We may step in to offer guidance when expectations are consistently not being met but we trust our team members to work independently and take ownership of their roles. Additionally, we strive to offer flexibility whenever possible, as long as there is prior communication to ensure team collaboration and business needs are met.
Regarding layoffs, while we have had to make some difficult decisions, this is not the norm for us, and we do not anticipate ongoing layoffs. When layoffs have occurred, we have made every effort to provide ample notice, assist in finding new opportunities, and transition employees to other projects when possible.
