I can attest to all of the reviews here, they are all true regardless of how angry or exaggerated they may sound, they are 100% factual. There was in fact an employee that was told to adopt since our healthcare did not cover labor, maternity (there is no maternity here), fertility or anything related to that, there was also an employee that was told to take unpaid vacation time to recover when she had surgery to remove Cancerous tumors from both her lungs, there was also an employee that was terrified to reveal she was pregnant because she feared she would lose her job, and these are just a few, read the reviews for more. While I was there people constantly found a way to look at the positive because we truly believed in the future of the business. We were promised change, we were apologized to (one employee was apologized to publicly by the CEO during a company meeting because of how harsh he was towards her on a regular basis but that didn't last long as that was followed by strings of emails reminding her of her worthlessness- she has since moved on), but nothing ever changed. When you speak to employees here you can hear the emptiness in their voices, the exhaustion, and the beaten down tone. Unfortunately when you leave you have such PTSD that you find yourself behaving like a battered puppy just to make sure you don't disappoint your new employer. All exit interviews reflect that he is the issue here. He will likely read these reviews and say we're all angry ex-employees that sucked, but the truth is all of the individuals that worked here were amazing contributors who have worked at some of the largest organizations out there, they came to EHS because they believed in the little guy. In fact, all, (if not most), ex-employees of EHS have moved on to become amazing contributors at their current organizations. No one that worked there was an angry individual we were all generally happy people, I chose to write this to warn those of you out there who may believe that you can be the change- you wont be. Realize that no-one here listed the people suck, because they don't. He does.
