Pros

You get experience to work in international government projects which will boost your career and knowledge . Provides exposure to a different culture . The company has started in UAE in 2004 and opened its ODC in Bangalore 2016 It is managed by the same management in UAE . Best part of the company is that the package is fixed and there is no variables . The management is very understanding and giving opportunities to learn and improve .

Cons

Pros

A receptive management which is willing to listen to your concerns. Fixed working hours(well!! mostly). Reasonable freedom to explore new technologies. Not a rigid management for technology change, as long as your aspirations are aligned with the company’s vision. Yes, there are some operational issues which needs to be streamlined and I am sure management is working towards that.

Cons

Culture Shock from UAE. Isolated building without a cafeteria. Every second person is distrustful of other person due to artificially induced insecurity. People who are used to work in a well established environment might find it difficult to adapt to the new environment.

Pros

You feel as if it is your company. Management is transparent. Feedback is taken every time and changes are made every time to streamline the processes. Salary is fixed with no variable component and in time. Good works on SAP front. Public sector work with strong pipe line of projects. Nice vision and forecasting.

Cons

Nothing as such. Being a new company the process are getting streamlined don't expect MNC type flexibility but sure within some time every thing will be in place. Being backed by RAK government they follow UAE timings which might take some time to adjust.
