Pros
Recent company success and growth have created reason for optimism. Because it's a small and fluid company, employees have a great deal of freedom to create and add value to the business.
Cons
Product development lags so customer implementations require a lot of "one off" customizations. Communication from management is not open, and it's seldom encouraging. Not a great place to work if you're looking for "work fun".
