Senior Leadership is particularly poor - lack of strategy and an acceptance of really poor behaviour (bullying, substance use, language) - lack of consistancy and a blame culture is trhoughout the business - there is a them and us split with most of the team being close knit but lack any trust in the company. Nobody has respect for the owner based on the consistant policy of recrutiing new leaderships who are either people he knows or just not right for the business. My advice is be careful before joining
