No appreciation, no support. You will trauma bond with your co-workers. The workload is unattainable. The benefits are incredibly expensive and mandatory. Raises are minimal if any - they will not be representative of your effort or dedication. As the cherry on top, they like to do group layoffs in a blindsided zoom call and then escort your co-workers off the property immediately, like a criminal. They laid off good people that we desperately needed, that we waited over a year to get, with promises that "help is coming" for the work load. They did the opposite. This company will destroy you.
