No consistency in performance Sr. Management highly secretive, no trust in employee day to day decision making, repeated second guessing and justification required of all actions Hostile work environment including poor communication through all levels of management, no sharing of the information required to be an effective employee No visible accrual accounting of vacation / sick time. Time off given at discretion of management; arbitrary "rules" Does not provide required and requested tools to adequately perform job responsibilities.
