Great perks, like insurance and other remotely driven activities, and some travel.
Cons
The pay is abysmal, and now because Ads is generating the bulk of their revenue, they are sitting on the backs of those in Ads setting lofty goals, and placing on PIP and firing those who dont hit the goal, I was less than 10% shy of the goal, and was still fired.
