Pros

They have a decent hourly and offer snacks and juice

Cons

Painfully rude leads that do not aspire growth for you or the company. I asked for a new supervisor because the one I had was constantly making unproductive or unprogressive remarks without constructive criticism. Instead of asking me to do things differently, he would just tell me I sucked at what I did. If I grabbed water before my shift, he would tell me it’s not time to grab water (it was my personal time prior to my shift.). Training was horrendous. They told the trainer she had to hit the phones after training us because she didn’t know anything about the job so she quit. I was eventually let go because of a comp I made during training by the trainer’s instructions because I didn’t fill out the comp template that I didn’t know existed until after training. The job is hard, the leadership is degenerative, and the training is unheard of.

Pros

Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

Cons

Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
