The only reason to work for Ebay now is to make the mortage payment. If you are white and male, you can hope to aspire to become management.
Cons
If you are white and male, you can hope to aspire to become management. Managers regualrly make derogatory comments about blacks and women. A person made a request for an accomodation for a diabetes found himself moved to a less desirable shift, hounded constantly and eventually resigned. They expect you to work off the clock about 1 a month, which is an improvement over how they used to handle that.
