The shambolic state of management and operations would help an employee be better prepared for the future as it can only get better from there.
Cons
Horrendous Management. Con artists, masquerading as specialists work in this company. Senior employees are as dumb and inefficient as an absolute layman and most of them has built portfolios on showoffs and outright lies.
