Regarding salary increments, we believe that salary increments are *earned* and not given. The salary increments are directly tied to 4 main benchmarks - 1) Individual Performance 2) Client Retention Rate 3) Evaluation of team member's pre-defined goals, and 4) The value an individual brought in and their potential to grow further. The higher value someone brings in, the more salary they make. Our HR Team always welcomes and tries to address the feedback from our employees regarding their salary increments. We completely agree with you that all employees must be treated equality and no discrimination should be entertained. Our Senior Leadership Team constantly brainstorms and comes up with new ideas to address such issues. We hate when someone experiences that they were not treated equally. We take such feedback very seriously and find an amicable solution to resolve such issues. We value our employees as they are our biggest assets and we strive to ensure that everyone is treated equally.
