Pros

Great place to work with great work culture. Good learning opportunity and freedom to speak up your mind and you get the ownership for the work you do. You always get appreciation for the work you do. You can directly remain in touch with the founder's. They really do have a very transparent culture. Good appraisals as well. And the most important thing is you have work life balance here.
