Everything about this company screams LONG TERM Employment. There is a huge feeling of belonging, which is very hard for someone who is involved with a organization of this size to feel involved. The company prides itself on transparency so much that as an employee you feel like your voice is heard, and you can be honest and work with people you can trust. I have had a few jobs that have always had there pros and cons but i can honestly say that drivers select is the first place i have ever been employed for where I have no doubts about this being a long term place.
