Pros
Cool concept, working in a fascinating new space. Pretty branding that makes you look good.
Cons
Everything else.
CEO is the main issue, all the nonsense flows down from there. He has absolutely no idea how to manage people. Tell him anything he doesn't want to hear and you will pay the consequences, regardless of if you are correct or not. You can't build a healthy, sustainable business when every decision is made on the whims of someone who doesn't understand the space they are operating in. He is trying to build a "global brand" in an industry where you literally can't do that due to it being illegal most places. Dosist will never be Starbucks dude, get it out of your head and do what you claim is your purpose, "delivering health and happiness." You don't have to be Apple to do that, you just have to care about people, especially the ones you work with and rely on.
Lower level managers aren't much better, the only ones who stick around are the ones who know how to play to the CEO's vanities and indulge his grand ideas. They give you none of the resources you need to do your job and then yell at you for not doing the job of 3 people. They promise you the world and deliver a pile of dirt. Your entire time working here will be unnecessarily stressful and will age you by 10 years overnight. Don't work here.
