Pros

Fast and smooth interview process – minimal delays and prompt scheduling.

Cons

Lack of Transparency in Employment: Laid off without any formal notice or official communication, just after 3 months of joining, and without being assigned to any project. Unprofessional Exit Process: Full & Final (FNF) settlement was incomplete and delayed, with no salary slip or proper breakup provided. No Response from HR/Management: Multiple emails and messages requesting relieving letter and FNF details were ignored, showing poor communication and disregard for basic employee rights. Relieving Letter Denied: HR falsely claimed that issuing a relieving letter is a “favour,” which reflects a serious lack of understanding of standard HR practices. Unethical Behavior: When professionally following up, the employee was wrongly accused of “threatening,” instead of being supported or heard. Mental Stress and Career Impact: Lack of proper documentation has directly affected future employment opportunities, causing unnecessary stress post-exit.

Pros

Autonomy: High level of trust from upper management to own architectural decisions and roadmap execution.Tech Culture: Solid engineering standards with a strong focus on CI/CD, automation, and continuous learning.Team Talent: Privileged to lead a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative engineering team.Work Flexibility: As a lead, the remote/hybrid flexibility makes balancing delivery and personal time easy.Growth: Excellent leadership training and support for transitioning from individual contributor to management.

Cons

There is a lot of ownership placed on engineering leads, which can feel overwhelming during major product launches. That said, it eliminates micromanagement entirely and gives you complete creative freedom over how your team solves technical problems.
