Great product solving a real problem. Talented and driven people. Fast learning environment, especially during the early stage. High ownership and strong execution in the startup phase. Ambitious team with real momentum during growth.

Culture changed significantly after scaling, even if leadership says it didn’t. Very performance-driven with little margin for error. I consistently received 4.5–4.75/5 performance reviews. After one lower review, I disagreed with parts of the feedback and explained my perspective point by point. The next day, I was fired. No improvement plan. No structured support. No second chance, despite internal messaging about programs meant to help employees who are struggling. If you are performing at the top of your game, everything works. If you are not, or if you push back, you can be out immediately. It’s not a place where long-term contribution guarantees security.
