Pros
The training and advice that I was provided in the first 3 weeks has definitely increased my knowledge and confidence. The managers and training leaders are extremely helpful and do not shy from giving you any criticism- as all this did was help me improve. You get to come to Malta for 3 weeks to train, and you live with the people who you work with, so it makes it easier.
Cons
The day can be quite long, however, it is worth it at the end of the training session as you develop skills and learn a lot.
