Luring in people under the guise of "We are more concerned with value creation than value capture" and "Values are more important than success". This is a lie. Upper management is here to capture value and make a buck above all else -- even if that mean firing employees over petty disagreements, or alienating their customers to eke out a few thousand dollars.
