Business outlook

Pros

Decent work life balance. Good benefits. Good vacation days / holidays. Spent more than a decade here. You get out of it what you put into it. If you are a hard worker and proactive management will take care of you.

Cons

Business has been declining for a number of years now and there are regular layoffs. Due to declining business opportunities for advancement have decreased. Old / outdated technology.

Bought by Chase, Bed Bugs, Managers sleeping with coworkers. The list gos on.

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
