- Nice international colleagues - Office in Mitte - Breakfast for free once per week - Team events and parties
Cons
- The office is uncomfortable and too small. Not A/C in most of the rooms. - Atmosphere in most of the accounts is very bad. Everyone is super stressed. No time for lunch. - Account managers are neither supportive, nice or friendly. - It is an agency, so do not expect to have the time of your life. You have no product, so just do what the client wants. - Micromanagement.
