Hire and Fire policy. Very high pay for experienced , within a short time they will be fired. Cunning people. All admin and Managers are relatives. Very high politics inside the company This company has hire and fire policy. Dangerous to work.Lot of layoffs 1. Has very bad politics in the Industry ,Manager show their color at time of Appraisal 2. HR team has no care for employees.NO team outing or any team gathering. 3. Mgmt. is bothered only about, how much money they can earn from clients 4. No transparency 5.A/C is switched off most of the time making sleepy atmosphere
