Pros

From day 1 at cloudmobility I felt welcome and was able to communicate with everyone openly. There is quite a flat hierarchy, which makes it easy to approach everyone and work together. What is really great here is, that we are working on a project of the future, shaping the future of mobility. Your ideas are heard and really count and you have the opporunity to be at the forefront of something new and exciting, as well as taking responsibility for your own projects. Apart from that, we have the opportunity for pretty flexible hours. We work in many remote teams, so you get to meet people from a lot of different cultures, as well as the option of home office if you need it.

Cons

So far the only con I can think of is, that I have only met a lot of my colleagues online, only a few in person. This is mostly due to the pandemic, but we are a geographically dispersed team, so this is a classic challenge.

Pros

- fast paced working environment in a transforming industry - great to work with the inspiring vision to shape the future of mobility - flat hierarchies and open environment. Leadership team is really appraochable - possibility to take ownership and drive own topics - great teamwork and mindset even in challenging times - working alongside great colleagues where it's easy to exchange and discuss ideas

Cons

- provide more context why certain decisons are made (already on the right track but there is potential) - the distributed team means that it can be challenging to get to know some colleagues better, which helps in crunch time
