Not a huge corporation so if you are looking for defined career paths, lots of procedures and formalities this is not the place. Most customer interaction is done via phone , email or onsite so you do not get to meet and talk to people face to face on a daily basis.

emotions run high, people in charge are "all over the place", love you one day, hates you the next, talks bad about colleagues, two faced lots of back stabbing and lack of integrity abusive and bullying management requires a lot of brown nosing and back stabbing to move ahead, integrity goes out the window
