Pros
The products cbdMD produces really are top notch. So it's easy to be proud of that and recommend to others to use. Depending on who you work for, you can thrive or struggle. Have had to make hard decisions on product lines, which one to continue, which ones to scale back. But has generally been good at staying true to the original best sellers.
Cons
It was truly a chaotic process when I was there, in how manufacturing decisions were made and how that affected the other departments. It always felt like things were done based on short term decisions instead of with a longer vision or plan. This caused lots of confusion internally and caused a lot of people to have to react to last minute changes. They've downsized a lot, so it may be a tighter run ship now.
