Pros
You get to wear whatever you want. Most people are very nice. Your paycheck comes on time.
Cons
Everything else. This place isn’t a fraud per say, but definitely fraud adjacent. There are some super shady and unethical practices happening within those walls. Upper management yells and curses at people all of the time. It doesn’t matter if they’re in the office or out on the floor with everyone else. It’s really hard to trust people. There is no work life balance. There is no respect for your time. The benefits are awful, and the pay isn’t worth it. Talking during work is heavily frowned upon (and can get you yelled at), so it’s really hard to get to know the great people you work around. It’s also really hard to get direction or details for assignments. Many things are done last minute despite your best efforts. If you are looking for a sign not to take the job, this is it. The stories around sexual harassment will shock you. The things that happen in that office will make your eyes pop out of your head. The job is very good for having high moments and then knocking you right back down moments later. Trust me. Do not work here.
