I can't count the cons, but here's the top list: - Truly disorganized, and there is a Lack of professionalism. - Lack of communication between the team members and the management. - There wasn't concurrence between the Team members' working hours. - Payment isn't equal to the work. - I did not get paid, and after working for more than one year. That is a big deal !!!!.

Great organizing make your work process comfortable to give your best. Team is kind with each other and they are highly skilled in their positions.
