Pros
c3 is a great place to work. Values based which is lived daily at the company. The culture is a family atmosphere and the communication from sr. management to the team is better than any other company at which I have worked. There is a tremendous vision for growth with an entrepreneurial spirit that is very refreshing. That vision and entrepreneurial spirit along with the company's core values are what has allowed the company to triple in size over the past 10-12 years. c3 is fast paced and innovation is promoted everyday. It is great to work alongside such wonderful people and team members. And the vision and leadership of the CEO continue to allow a clear focus and a steady rudder as we follow a chartered course with a very bright future.
Cons
With the pros and the fast paced environment, the company is true to its value based culture. So the con is that sometimes when hiring, new team members that come in struggle with living the core values everyday, they just don't understand or are not capable of working in a culture that is accountable to one another, demands integrity and respect amongst all its team members, encourages risk-taking, innovation and learning with a long-term perspective with 100% accountability and 0 excuses... and when new team members just don't get it... the team struggles. The good part is, management recognizes this and takes action to build a stronger cohesive team and to ensure continuity and success as a whole with an eye to achieve the long term vision and growth.
