There are great advancement opportunities and the whole team works together to improve the company and work-life for each other. Each day has a different surprise.
Cons
busSTRUT is a small business where lots of changes happen quickly and where mistakes can have big impacts. This isn't an issue as everybody works together to solve issues so long as you're willing to own up to a mistake when it happens.
