      Pros

      Great set of people, benefits at work are best of the pack.

      Cons

      Calls itself tech driven, but hardly does any real ground research on the tech side. Buy 3rd party and integrate -> deploy....iteration after iteration. BP is currently very unsure of the way forward and tries to replicate the next door competitor in almost every aspect. Being undervalued on the FTSE is also making it susceptible to buy-outs.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
