Pros

If the current HR stops doing what is doing currently, then 3 days of HO, maybe maybe not... If you came from the market then you will have a nice 1-2 relaxing years, 'till all the good and value added jobs will be transferred to India maybe maybe not... Loads of pre-payed learning portals if you want to develop yourself... ...for your next job, because you will not going to use 99% of them. Nice modern office building, where is the advertised console room without the consoles. An expensive rooftop caffe-bar... ... But colleagues are nice.

Cons

- No future carrier grow. Usually you are stuck in one team/department and you can move horizontally, but hardly be YOU the guy who will gets promoted. And if you doing something that is unique and even your leader don't understand it, then you are cornered. - Sometimes illogical and unnecessary business changes, which gives you workload. Also the administration circle of 9th hell. - Bellow average benefits compared to the market. After 3 years of promises they managed to extend a bit the Szep Kartya budget, but no BKV pass reimbursement, any kind of Sport pass reimbursement neither pension contribution. At least the management got the Car allowance budget raised. YEY - Also the salary... if you are not getting any promotion in few years, You will capping the current role paygrade and you will be getting a insultingly small raise with some nice promises.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
