      Pros

      Great Place to work however depends on team and people who you work with. Overall nice people, good benefits and relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Some leaders are not visionary and cannot bring transformation required for the company. Worst thing is that there is no evaluation upon people in leadership in terms of how effective they are in their vision, engagement with staff and rest.
