      Some great opportunities to work on big projects. Lots of mentors. Flexible Benefits package

      Pressure to follow BPs desired career path rather than your own career path. Need to quit to get an industry reflective pay rise. Need to threaten to quit to get posting on another project. Swing work, sudden long hours with pressing deadlines, then nothing for a couple of weeks.
