Pros
Salary and benefits, good wellbeing allowance.
Cons
Not very flexible. Low morale and poor office environment following restructure. Employees which are left after restructure have been left with an ever increasing work, correcting constant errors from the new cost effective workforce and minimal emotional support from line managers after majority of friends and colleagues have left the company. CEO jumped ship as soon as all restructures were complete, clear sign of bad leadership.
