Pros
Nothing really comes to mind except that the offices are OK.
Cons
The office atmosphere is repressing, controlling and horrible. It is very competitive with each employee watching their back and refusing to work together harmoniously when required. I have never seen such a lack of team spirit or even basic friendliness between departments in a start-up.
Most of upper management are incredibly immature, inexperienced, awkward, 'jumpy' if you get what I mean, aggressive, over-emotional and over-controlling. It was honestly like working under a bunch of hormonal teenagers.
There are so many start ups doing exactly the same thing, it is just a bad copy, even the quality of the campaigns is frankly old fashioned, basic, outdated, and for the most part people don't come back for 2nds which makes it difficult to work there as you know the clients will ultimately be more or less disappointed. I would not expect the outlook of the company to be very positive. And I would not recommend doing an internship here- they try to suck you in saying you will have a job after 3 months for basic positions like telesales which require minimum training. Interns appear to be exploited as cheap labour, unfortunately, like a number of immoral and inefficient start ups in Berlin. I personally did not undertake a internship but if I had I would have been disappointed.
