Pros
- The only tangible pro I can think of is gaining experience so that you can jump into better roles at better companies, if you lack experience. If you already have experience, and choose to work here, then maybe you want to push your limits to grow, but trust me, it is not worth it, you can do it with a more structured, professional company too.
- Feels more casual
- Remote
Cons
- Not enough guidance for the new comers, constant guilt-trips, gaslighting and mobbing.
- Overworking everyone in the team, including the leads.
- Lack of proper documentation and insufficient on-boarding process.
- Very low salaries + low meal allowance
- No side benefits other than a meal card
- No real acknowledgement of your success, harsh criticism
- Dealing with a lot of customers
- Constant burn-out
- Lack of structure in management
- Fake value for the employees
- High expectations and low guidance + support
- Big time micro-management & misusage of agile & scrum
- Exploiting the employees for the sake of keeping the customers happy
