Belldini is stuck in a time warp, and not just their fashion. Their computers are so old, they don't have bluetooth or webcams. This means using your personal cellphone or laptop to conference call with your remote co-workers. Pay is extremely low. Most employees have a second job or a partner who makes most of the money. The bosses spy on their employees. They never provided health insurance paperwork after probation ended. They expect employees to have butts in seats from 8:15am to 5pm, and have very little flexibility for things like childcare, doctor appointments, or other life events. The atmosphere is one of fear. Everyone is afraid to speak their mind or ask for what they need to do their job. The company is so stingy, they will not pay for more licenses on the adobe suite, so people have to share log ins, and this forces people to check to see if someone is logged in, and if they are, they cannot do their job. The network is terrible, slow, and crashes. The building itself smells of chemicals, and is either blazing hot, or freezing cold. They do not want to pay for hot water, so all the taps only have cold. You are not allowed to throw your lunch trash away in the trash cans. They have no PLM system, so there is no tracking, and no consistency between products for development. There is no training offered, you have to just figure out where everything is stored, how to format emails or other correspondence, and there is no clear timeline for tasks to be accomplished. There is no clear hierarchy of who is in charge of departments, and this causes friction. It is also not allowed to work remotely. Except for very specific people. There is no transparency around why those people get to work remote, and why others can't. This company is not a great place to work. Do NOT recommend.
