Pros
Well the only pros I can say is the Company in Cologne Germany is great and knows how to run things. They have wonderful people in their departments and are very friendly to americans who are there for training.
Cons
Where to start. I started with this company 5 weeks ago. I was sent to germany for two weeks of training and needed 6 weeks for everything being covered. problem one not enough training. Second the management of the US Atlanta location are horrible. I came back after two weeks in a country I have never been too before, just to get right back on a plan for 3 days in the arm pit of the world New York and Jersey for store training...I only had a few days to see my family and was gone again. The US office in midtown Atlanta is horrible. They give you limited training and expect you to know everything after two weeks. When I got back to the Atlanta office I had over 192 open and unresolved tickets in my Ticketing system Que. They expect you to resolve all of them and support all 12 US stores at the same time. My advice is stay away from this company!!!!!!!!! If you want to work for beeline, go to Germany and work with them. Being over worked, stressed out and miserable is the Midtown offices Motto...
