      Smaller company that is intent on training new employees and developing their skills.

      Cons

      The 6 month probation period is spent doing recruitment which is a core function of the business. This is a great way to get an understanding of how the business works.

      -Hands on project experience -Opportunity to work with industry experts -Chances to add value -Real/important responsibilities

      Cons

      -Business needs always come first which may mean more time in sales/recruitment -Jumping in a the deep end in terms of expectations for contributions without necessarily the most/best training.
