Above average benefits, especially for a company of their size - note I worked here pre-acquisition. Multiple health plan options, including high-deductible plan with an HSA that company contributed to. 4-weeks of PTO to start, if I recall. Nice 401K match. Generous with home office equipment and even went so far as to provide office supplies when everyone was saving money working from home in height of Covid.

No cons as far as benefits

It's a great location with plenty of free parking.

The leader often has people leaving the office crying over any little thing wrong. There doesn't seem to be the maturity of most leaders to build staff and listen to staff complaints. Buying a company vs rising through the teams with hard work makes a difference. The product is so old and convoluted that clients are unhappy. This is because of so many short cuts and patches forced by leadership.
