Micro-Management. If you are doing well in store and making sales goals, it is very hard to move up because they will want to keep you where you are. Work/Life balance is horrible. Impossible goals are set so that it is very hard for the store to make their bonus. There was a lot of drama in my store and upper management did nothing but fuel it. Expectations are too high for what little you get paid. Upper management was very unprofessional. No matter what they tell you about the "girl friend" experience, all that matters at the end of the day is sales.
