Pros
The shifts are short and spaced out which means you don't get burnt out. Really laid back but still know what the expectations are. Good customer flow meaning a semi-moticated employ can easily keep their sale goal up. Awesome co-workers who love makeup.
Cons
While the schedule was flexible, getting more hours was difficult. Management changed multiple times while I worked here. Wasn't much time for hands on training so it's almost expected for an individual to have prior makeup skills before working here.
