Hostile work environment and bullying taking place in the south boutiques. Boutique managers hiring personal friends and showing favoritism. Bm doesn't like me because I have a huge customer retention.. she is rude to customers and is a double standard BM...several complaints have been made that they will no longer shop there. Do and corporate won't do anything. You do not come first as an employee.
