Horrible management and higher ups. They had this rule that if you were sick and couldn't come in you got a half write up and if it happened again you would hence have a full write up. Someone I worked with couldn't even get off for a funeral of a close family friend therefore she quit which I can't say I blame her. The threat of being written up didn't stop there. If you were over seven mins late that as well was a half write up. Traffic or any other reason you were late was never brought into account. I hope they have changed their outlook on how they treat their people because it was by far the worst job I ever had.
