      Large client list means you will see lots of issues. It is a good deep end education.

      Cons

      Company only cares about profit. Owner pretends to care but is usually just trying to get you to make him more money. Encouraged to do dishonest things.

      - Workload was enormous due to lack of staff for the amount of clients. - Lack of progression and training for junior members - Poor Pay - Stressful and lack of support - May be asked to work from a cheese factory 3 days a week due to contractual obligations
