Great friendships with other job coaches, Job Coaches can get *in the draw* to win a $500 gift card if they meet their KPIs (3 job placements per month) which isn’t really worth it but it’s a cute incentive.

Management constantly miss the point of the business, have no organic human approaches to clients’ conditions and push the “just get a job” idea before addressing client real life issues. No prior mental health qualifications or experience is required to be in a senior position or as a job coach leading to clients constantly being mistreated and misunderstood and with a business model rife with red tape and money-focussed strategies instead of client focus. Honestly just not paid enough for the *profanity* that job coaches have to put up with
