Profit over people! Both employees and clients mean nothing unless there is money to be made. The culture created by management encourages fraudulent behaviours. I experienced so many instances which should have lost them their contracts while there which were never reported and swept under the rug. Whistleblow and you’re bullied and punished. Staff also told to make the company look good by sharing on their social profiles and measured on this… yikes.
