Doug is no longer with the company and it seems like ever since its only been about the money over the quality of work. All of upper management seems to no longer be connected with the employees and are quick to fire people on no real grounds, especially when they have other problems going on that they pick and chose to address when they do or don't feel like it. The whole operation is crooked.
