I never intended to raise this matter on a public platform because I continue to have respect for the company and many of the people working there. However, since I am no longer associated with the organization, I believe sharing my experience may help current and future employees understand certain challenges within the workplace. I had the opportunity to work with the company for nearly four years. During that time, I learned a great deal and worked with many capable and supportive colleagues. However, there were also situations where maintaining professional integrity and self-respect felt difficult due to the internal work environment. One of the major concerns during my time there was the leadership approach of "CSC VP ". Employees often felt discouraged from questioning or disagreeing with his views, even in constructive professional discussions. In several cases, individuals who did not align with his opinions experienced unnecessary pressure or challenges in the workplace. His leadership style appeared to encourage internal politics, where maintaining favorable relations sometimes seemed more beneficial than merit or performance. There were also concerns raised among employees about inappropriate behavior toward women in the workplace, which many felt was inconsistent with the standards expected from someone in a senior leadership position. Another challenge was the perception that internal feedback systems were not completely safe for honest expression. Employees often believed that feedback could be traced back to individuals, which discouraged people from sharing genuine concerns or suggestions. Because of these factors, many employees chose to remain silent rather than raise issues formally. I want to emphasize that the company itself has many positive aspects, including talented teams and supportive colleagues. My intention in sharing this feedback is not to criticize the organization as a whole, but to highlight areas where leadership culture and employee trust could be improved. A healthy workplace thrives when employees feel safe to share honest feedback, when professionalism is maintained at all levels of leadership, and when recognition is based on talent and contribution rather than personal alignment.
