Thank you for taking the time out to review aql. We’re always open to feedback and appreciate your positive comments on the team and benefits, but sad to hear your time at aql was not what you were expecting. We will be reviewing our interview process to specifically address the mismatch between expectation of role and roles themselves.
The aql team is the company’s most valued asset, we certainly understand that and always look to help support them in any way we can.
In terms of opportunity to move upwards - there is both opportunity internally within aql, but also within its group of companies. Two of aql’s companies have female leadership and board members who have worked up from more junior positions within either the same company or a related group company.
With regards to low pay, we closely monitor full pay and benefits to make sure working at aql is rewarding and also support employees in other ways to develop their careers.
